Police: Loganville Neighbor Shot While Mowing Grass

A man was mowing his grass on Vintage Oaks Drive today when a neighbor drove up and shot him. Apparently there is no known motive. The victim was able to get inside his house and call 911. The shooter, identified as Charles Edwin Quinn. SWAT members sent a robotic communicator inside the house to make contact with Quinn. The robot showed that Quinn had taken his own life. The victim was taken by helicopter to the hospital, and is expected to make a full recovery from non-life threatening injuries.
